Project Description

This project consisted of the planning, design, and construction of a 3 lot subdivision in the village of Northbrook, Illinois at the corner of Techny Road and Shermer Road.

Scope of Work 

HOH provided design and construction management services, consisting of the following:

• Site planning for zoning and commission review.

• Data collection including coordination of survey plat, tree survey, and village utility atlas’s.

• Permit and Construction documents including, demolition plan, grading and utility plan, erosion control plan, general notes, and cross sections.

• Coordination of project with client and village of Northbrook City Engineer and Planning Zoning Commission and Village Board.
